Jacobsdorf, den 6. Februar 2018: In einem Beitrag im aktuellen Heft des Magazins ERNEUERBARE ENERGIEN (01/2018) berichtet der MLK-Betriebsführer REZ, wie man mit neuen Anrainerprojekten die Bürger vor Ort ins Boot holen kann.
Bürgerbeteiligung ohne unternehmerisches Risiko: In einem Beitrag fürs Branchenmagazin ERNEUERBARE ENERGIEN schlägt REZ Geschäftsführer Walter Delabar neue Wege bei der Bürgerbeteiligung vor. Zentraler Punkt: Beteiligung unabhängig vom wirtschaftlichen Leistungsvermögen. Anrainer sollen direkt am Erfolg der Windparks beteiligt werden – ohne dass sie die Risiken der Investoren teilen.
Als in der Praxis bewährte Beispiele werden im Artikel drei Projekte genannt, die die REZ mit der MLK entwickelt und umgesetzt hat: Erstes Beispiel ist eine auf Dauer angelegte Patenschaft mit lokalen Institutionen wie Schulen, Kindergärten oder anderen sozialen Projekten. Im Gegensatz zu Einzelspenden verpuffen diese Maßnahmen nicht und setzen dort an, wo Unterstützung oft besonders nötig ist. Die MLK pflegt eine längere Patenschaft mit einer Kita in Prenzlau und ist für zahlreiche Einrichtungen als Spender aktiv.
Direkte Windparkanrainer können zudem von Anrainerstromtarifen profitieren. Jeder Anwohner, der den Anrainertarif bucht, erhält einen verbilligten Ökotarif. Dies bietet die MLK bereits in Prenzlau und Jacobsdorf an. In Jacobsdorf sorgt ein Sozialtarif sogar für noch günstigeren Ökostrombezug für kinderreiche Familien und Geringverdiener. Als drittes wird die Grüne Spareinlage der MLK genannt, der allerdings nur in der Startphase von Windparks greift. Hierbei erhalten Kleinsparer bei einem Sparbetrag zwischen 500 und 5.000 Euro fest für drei Jahre eine garantierte Verzinsung von drei Prozent.
Alle drei Projekte zeichnen sich dadurch aus, dass sie direkt vor Ort und direkt bei den Anrainern ansetzen.
